Technology

We have been utilising the "Austrian School of Biodiesel Chemical Process" as originated by Dr. Wimmer in the 1980's. This includes: Choice of catalyst; Closing all side streams into recovery loops (methanol, fats, soaps); Or otherwise giving out valuable co-products such as >80% glycerol and potassium fertilizer.

Design

We utilize a scaleable, modular, continuous, high intensity reactor design which has lower power requirements than competing, sonic technologies.

Phase Separation

We have patent pending technology for self regulating, continuous, zero power requirement phase separation. This technology features the best price/cost/performance ratio in liquid/liquid separation.

Capacity Expansion

We have developed a method of capacity expansion with two major advantages. The first achieves a capacity increase by factor 4-6 for existing batch plants while still utilising the same footprint. The second advantage is an exeptionally low cap-ex requirement.
